Sahayta’s International Chapter began in June,2006. It was started in Boston by Amanjot Khaira (son of Sahayta Volunteer Gurpreet Khaira). It is currently based in New York and has 5 Board Members.

Sahayta volunteer Simmy Vig a student at the University of Mississippi, organized a fundraiser in 2018 which helped raise over $1700 (Rs. 119,000).

The US Chapter has raised more than Rs.65 lakhs till 2021.
