Generation Desi Bhangra Party Aug 2006

Generation Desi, a local Boston group that organizes social events for Indian students and professionals supported us through their bhangra party on Aug 25.

The party was held at The Rack club in downtown Boston and Generation Desi donated 50% of the amount collected through ticket sales to Sahayta supporters. We had a turn out of about 50 friends and volunteers. With Bhangra music and live dhol it was a great event.

We thank Generation Desi for supporting Sahayta and we thank all our friends who were there to support us.
